Stage 3. Defining the population and objectives
In this stage, the first components of the intervention are defined. In particular, the target population and the objectives of the intervention.
Both, needs assessment and the analysis of feasibility, provide a map of the problem (or the situation to be modified) and indicate the general lines of the intervention, but a further level of decision is still required in order to focus the intervention on a specific population group as well as the definition of the required actions. In this section you will find tools that will help you prioritise objectives and actions according to the needs identified, select the population and define the general objectives of the intervention.
