STAGE 2. Analysing feasibility

What steps should be completed?

Step 2: Assess organisational resources

FINANCIAL RESOURCES

The organisation must obviously possess the financial resources required to cover the cost of the intervention. This often includes:

  • Maintenance costs (rental of premises, electricity, water, telephone, etc.).
  • Personnel costs (salaries and potential taxes and charges associated with wage payment).
  • Cost of materials (publishing communication materials, preventive materials, etc.).
  • Other related expenses (travel, transport, food, accommodation, etc.).

For practical purposes, you should start by creating a list of the various financial resources you consider necessary and then find out if you have access to them.
