Drug-related risk reduction interventions aim to reduce problematic drug use. Risk reduction interventions include the following strategies:

  • Creating tobacco smoke-free environments. +
  • Reducing alcohol-related traffic accidents. +
  • Modifying the contexts where alcoholic beverages are consumed. +
  • Community programmes to reduce the risks associated with drinking. +
